Dominick’s Sport Report - From the All Sport Report

Detroit Tigers BaseballWant to know what is going on in the Sports World? I run a daily blog called All Sport Report. In it, I highlight the latest and greatest stories going on at the present time. From Baseball to Mixed Martial Arts, no stone goes unturned when it comes to what type of sports I will report. Of course, this also depends on the season as more news tends to be available when the sport is ‘in season’. Feel free to check out any and all of these links and leave comments telling me your thoughts.

The Detroit Tigers Need to Get Out of their Funk - The Tigers have won just THREE Games since August 26, 2007 despite having nearly non-stop play time. What has gotten them into this funk and how can they get out of it so they do not lose the Wild Card spot to the AL playoffs?

Are People Seriously This Stupid? - ESPN asked readers what they thought about cheating in sports. The results were mixed, but some of the dumbest responses were also the biggest ones to get me riled up. Should Barry Bonds be commended or hated for steroid use? Find out more in the following article.

Jeff Gordon Wins the Pole by Default at Watkins Glen - NASCAR fans may either love or hate the fact that the pole was given to Gordon by default. Rain canceled out the qualifying race at Watkins Glen and NASCAR’s top racer, Gordon got first dibs on the first spot of the race, which starts at 1 PM EST on Sunday, August 12, 2007.

The Moose Clips Crisp but Remains on Duty
- In what might be the funniest “tragedy” for baseball, the Seattle Mariners’ mascot, a funny looking moose, ran down Coco Crisp of the Boston Red Sox during a recent game.

Quinn Signs Contract that Could Equal up to $30 Million with Incentives - We aren’t sure who exactly caved (though we think its the Browns), but Brady Quinn finally signed a contract to play for the team in the 2007-2008 season and beyond.
